Paul CrittendenLeadWell Director

Paul Crittenden

Paul is the Director of the LeadWell service and is a passionate advocate of personal leadership and accountability.  He has a strong track record of helping leaders thrive in highly pressurised environments, and strongly believes that success does not have to come at the cost of wellbeing and happiness.

Using the core principles that underpin LeadWell, Paul has achieved great results with school leaders over the last twelve years, helping them to tune and refine their leadership practices to cope with the pressures of their role, better help people succeed, and stay well.

Paul’s career began in engineering, but he has been a top leadership coach and transformation specialist for almost twenty years, working in the voluntary, public, and commercial sectors in the UK, mainland Europe, Scandinavia, Kazakhstan, the USA and Mexico.

He is provocative and entertaining speaker, and believes we all have the capacity to create fulfilling and meaningful lives, and in doing so, inspire others to do the same.

Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Human Development, and co-wrote its  Prometheus Coaching Programme.  He has lectured and trained at leading academic and business institutions around the UK on the subjects of leadership and transformation.

When he is ‘off duty’, Paul likes to explore remote and isolated parts of the planet, climb mountains, and tinker with motor cars.
